Miss Sam was born and raised in the UK. She has been involved in dance all of her life. She gained a place at the world renowned Elmhurst Ballet School when she was eleven and later trained full time with Nestor Brooking in London, England and was awarded a full scholarship for her studies.

As a child performer, she worked in TV adverts, repertory theatre and seasonal shows. As an adult, she worked with the Brooking Ballet Company, Vienna Festival Ballet as well as Cabaret performances. She performed in Swan Lake dancing Little Swans and the 1st Act Pas de Trois, Giselle and Sleeping Beauty dancing Finger Fairy Variation. She’s danced with Opera companies in The Merry Widow and Aida, has danced and choreographed Kiss Me Kate, The Wizard of Oz, Beauty and the Beast and West Side Story.

She’s taught dance and fitness for over 25 years running her own studios in England and Ireland. She is certified with the CDTA Alberta Branch as a Licentiate Ballet and Associate in Jazz, Acro and Modern. She’s passed her certification exam for ABT National Curriculum, pre primary to level 3 and levels 4 to 5. She also holds the following professional exams, Cecchetti ballet advanced and RAD elementary, is a certified TRX and Total Barre instructor and a STOTT© trained Pilates mat and equipment instructor.
