Core Dynamics houses 2 spacious studios that can be booked individually or simultaneously for your company’s needs. Our studios can be equipped with meeting tables and chairs, soft mats for team training and trust exercises. We also provide classes in Pilates, dance, and stretching for something new and fun to add to your staff retreat!

Both studios provide:
– natural lighting
– floor to ceiling mirrors that can be left open or covered with black curtains
– sound system that has Bluetooth capabilities
– optional use of projector with large screen
– can be equipped with folding tables and chairs upon request
– personal headset microphone for larger groups
– virtual classroom capabilities for those larger companies with staff joining in from out of town
